Sweet Pixie Salon is located in a home based boutique salon in BRISBANE, CARINA.
Sweet Pixie Salon specialises in Eyelash Extensions; Classic lashes, Wet/Textured lashes and Russian Volume lashes along with Eyebrow Sculpting, Lamination & Hybrid Dye. With 10 years of specialising with the art of Eyelash Extensions , we take major pride and passion in our work making sure each client is delivered the very best quality in each service.


POLICIES - PLEASE READ!

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that from time to time situations do arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We kindly ask that you please give us a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If failed to give notice or attend the appointment, the cancellation charge will apply.

LATE ARRIVALS
Unfortunately if arriving late to your appointment, the time is deducted from your appointment and cannot guarantee full satisfaction of the service. We run on an appointment schedule back to back with clients and can not allocate extra time to your appointment. Same pricing still applies.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
All FULLSETS and NEW CLIENT bookings require a holding deposit of 50% of the total appointment cost. The remainder will be paid at the appointment. If failed to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit will NOT be refunded.

SERVICES
We have a no refund policy on completed services at Sweet Pixie Salon. Free fix ups are offered for ONLY 48hrs after appointment.

OTHER SALON INFILLS
Due to different products used, training and technique, Sweet Pixie Salon does NOT infill other salons work.

SERVICE INFILLS
Our service fee is charged for the allotted time. How full your lashes will look at the end of your appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment. Please, keep this in mind when determining how long to schedule your refills, as we require all our lash clients to return every 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your natural lashes grow and how well you maintain them in between fills). Infills are not eligible after 21 days of previous appointment - anything after 21 days is classified a FULLSET.

I know life gets busy, and it’s not always easy to fit in a lash appointment during standard hours. That’s why I’m now offering a small number of after-hours bookings for those who need a bit of extra convenience. These appointments include a 25% surcharge and are designed to give you more options when you need them most.

Im Katey, the proud owner of Sweet Pixie Salon! When I first started lashing 6 years ago, I instantly knew this is what I wanted to do, to make other people feel confident and happy. I started classic lashing 5 years ago then introduced volume lashes 4 years ago and absolutely LOVE what I do.
